摘　　要：本文通过对新加坡南洋理工学院(NYP)"教学工厂"的介绍,得到该理念对我国骨干高职教育的重要启示,包括创新意识、团队精神、无界化管理、加强实践教学、注重产学研结合、完善师资队伍建设等。This paper through introduces Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic （NYP） ＆quot;teaching factory＆quot; gets important inspirations on China＆#39;s backbone vocational education, which including innovation awareness, team spirit, unbounded management, strengthening practice teaching, focusing on corporation of production, teaching and research, improving teachers team building and so on.
