摘  要:[目的]建立一种HPLC—MS联用技术,用于同时检测12种杀虫剂组分。【方法】以乙腈一水体系为流动相,梯度洗脱,ESI离子化模式检测,保留时间、紫外吸收光谱图和质谱图作为定性依据,提取特征离子强度进行定量。【结果】所检测的杀虫剂组分在试验的质量浓度范围内有较好的线性,添加回收率均介于99.0%-102.0%之间,RSD均小于3.O%。[结论]该方法可用于以所检组分作为隐性成分添加的违规农药产品监督检测。[Aims] The aim is to establish a HPLC-MS technique for the simultaneous detection of 12 kinds of pesticides. [Methods] Samples were separated with acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase, gradient elution, detected by ESI ionization mode, determined by retention time, UV absorption spectra and mass spectra, and quantified by the intensity of characteristic ions extracted, [Results] In the range of test concentration, it has a good linear relationship. Recoveries were ranged between 99.0-102.0%, RSD were less than 3.0%. [Conclusions] The HPLC-MS technique can be used to detect the pesticides added as hidden components.
