摘　　要：[目的]研究2,4-二叔丁基苯酚对线虫的作用。[方法]采用浸虫、熏蒸及土壤处理等3种方式测定2,4-二叔丁基苯酚对秀丽隐杆线虫的毒杀作用。[结果]2,4-二叔丁基苯酚能有效杀死秀丽隐杆线虫,其中熏蒸作用较强,且随着温度升高,熏蒸杀线虫活性增强,处理土壤时也能较好杀死线虫。[结论]2,4-二叔丁基苯酚对秀丽隐杆线虫有较好毒杀作用,可作为潜在杀线虫剂进一步研究。[Aims] 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol generally used as intermediate of antioxidant can inhibit some fungi. Here, the nematicidal activity of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol against Caenorhabditis elegans was tested. [Methods] Three ways of fumigation, soil treatment and immersing nematodes were selected to test the nematicidal activity of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol solution. [Results] 2,4-Di-tert-butylphenol significantly killed C. elegan especially as a fumigant, and the mortality of nematodes increased as temperature rose. It could kill the nematode when it mixed with soil. [Conclusions] 2,4-Di-tertbutylphenol is worthy of further research as a potential nematicide.
