摘 要:以单级式单相航空静止变流器为主要研究对象,选择拓扑结构简单、适用于中小容量的全桥全波式电路结构作为主电路拓扑。针对因逆变器输出方波电压含有较大谐波导致变压器寿命减少及电磁干扰大、电磁兼容性差的问题,选择将LCC型负载谐振变换电路作为中间电压信号变换环节的方案。采用双极性双调制波SPWM控制方式,介绍了其基本工作原理。在PSIM仿真环境下建立了系统仿真模型,给出了仿真结果。根据设计搭建基于TMS320F2812 DSP的实验平台,进行硬件电路联合调试,实验结果表明全桥逆变器开关管均实现了ZVS开通,周波变换器开关管均实现了ZCS关断。Single-stage and single-phase aeronautical static inverter is researched, and the full-bridge full-wave topology is chosen,which is simple and easy to control in this power range situation.For short life of high-frequency transformer, high electromagnetic interference, poor electromagnetic compatibility because of square wave of inverter, select LCC load resonant circuit as an important part of the main circuit topology.The bipolar and double modulation waves SPWM control strategy is used.Simulation model of the whole system is established in PSIM simulation environment, and the simulation results are presented.According to the designment,an experimental platform is built,and the ex- periments and tests are implemented.The experimental results show that the switches of inverter are ZVS on ;the switches of cycloconverter are ZCS off.
