摘　　要：当前高职教育校企合作育人中存在一些需要解决的问题,强化高职院校教育与社会实践相结合,通过校企合作实践环节,有效提高学生技能水平和综合素质,是高职院校实行专业技能教育的有效途径。针对当前高职院校校企合作育人机制的发展情况,结合材料工程技术专业,对高职校企合作育人机制的建设与发展模式进行深入分析。There are some problems in the current higher vocational education in the cooperation of school and enterprise. Strengthening the combination of higher vocational education and social practice to improve the students’ skills and quality is an effective way of professional skills teaching in vocational colleges. Responding to the current school-enterprise cooperation situation in vocational colleges, and combined with the major of Engineering Materials and Technology, a school-enterprise cooperation educational mechanism is investigated profoundly.
