摘  要:现代医学的发展,使得临床医生对医学超声影像系统不断提出新的要求和需求。医学超声换能器,是工作于医学超声系统与患者接触的最前端,是拥有最高技术密集度的核心关键部件。探头的性能,直接影响到图像的质量和产品的功能应用。各种性能优异的压电单晶的成功生长及制备,对探头的核心压电材料做出了重要而丰富的补充,探头的性能和应用范围得到极大地延伸。本文对医学单晶材料超声换能器的应用及国内外相关研究进展,做简要介绍。With the development of modern medical science, more and more imperative demands are coming up for the ultrasound imaging system. Ultrasound transducer, one of the most important and technology-intensive components in ultrasound system, is the front end of system contacting with patients. Performance of the ultrasound transducer has a signiifcant effect on the image quality and product application. The successful growth and produce of piezoelectric single crystals has made great supplement for the piezoelectric materials of transducers, which led an extremely extension for the performance and application of transducers. In this paper, a brief review is conducted on the applications and recent research progresses of single crystal ultrasound transducer.
