摘 要:针对液压同步举升系统中的突变负载造成的压力脉动、流量变化、同步元件分流精度降低,导致的系统同步精度降低问题,提出以耐冲击、惯性小的同步马达为核心构成容积同步控制方案,采用蓄能器吸收压力脉动,设置补油阀消除液压缸下降时的吸空现象,利用溢流阀消除液压缸行程终点时的误差。针对具有突变负载且存在偏载的双缸液压同步举升系统,建立了基于AMESim的突变负载液压举升系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明:对于活塞杆有效行程为2.5 m、3次突变负载叠加作用于双缸液压同步举升系统,该方案能够使系统在突变负载作用于液压缸2 s后流量、压力趋于稳定,使系统同步精度达到±5 mm以内。For the issue of the synchronous precision of system reducing due to the pressure pulsation, the variation in discharge, and the synchronous element shunt accuracy reducing, caused by the mutation load in the hydraulic synchronous lifting system, a volume synchronization control scheme is presented that a synchronous motor with im- pact resistance and small inertia is as the core, and an accumulator is adopted to absorb the pressure pulsation, and a fill oil valve is set to eliminate the suction phenomenon when the hydraulic cylinder decreased, an overflow valve is utilized to eliminate the error at the end of the hydraulic cylinder. In view of the double cylinder hydraulic syn- chronous lifting system with the mutation load and the unbalance loading, a hydraulic lifting system simulation mod- el of mutation load is built based on AMESim. The simulation results show that: for the double cylinder synchro- nous hydraulic lifting system with the effective stroke of the piston rod 2.5 m and 3 times mutation load superim- posed, this scheme can make the flow rate and the pressure of system tend to be stable after the mutation load has acted on the hydraulic cylinder 2 s, and make the synchronization accuracy of system achieve within 5ram.
