摘 要:针对砌块成型机在成型过程中存在成型周期长和节流、溢流损失大的问题,提出了一种新型砌块成型机节能液压系统,该系统集成了新型液压缸端部缓冲技术及限压式变量泵容积调速技术,并对系统节能原理进行了分析,利用AMESim软件对节能液压系统和原液压系统进行仿真对比研究,结果表明节能液压系统成型周期短、能量消耗小。A new energy-saving technology of hydraulic system in block forming machine was put forward in allu- sion to the block molding machine having a long molding cycle and the loss of overflow loss and damper loss in the molding process. The new buffer technology of hydraulic cylinder end anct hydraulic volumetric speed control tech- nology based on limited pressure variable pump were used in the hydraulic system, and energy-saving principles of the hydraulic system are analyzed. Usage of AMESim, the energy-saving hydraulic system and original hydraulic system were compared and analyzed via simulation. The results show that the energy-saving hydraulic system has short production cycle and low energy consumption.
