摘  要:研究了生球干燥氧化过程的热传递现象,采用两段式干燥思想和缩核模型,以热量和质量为介质,考虑工艺过程干燥风向的变化,并根据现场数据辨识出模型的关键参数,建立了链箅机干燥氧化过程的机理模型.仿真曲线显示该模型较好描述了生球水分蒸发、干燥球团氧化与外部空气的质量、热量交换等现象.在机理模型基础上,提出了干燥球团和预热球团的强度计算模型.对比分析表明,计算结果与现场实际数据吻合,证明了模型的有效性,为球团矿生球干燥氧化过程精确控制和优化提供了模型基础,具有一定的实际意义.The two-stage drying and shrinking model on the basis of research of heat and mass core model were used to build a kinetic drying transfer phenomenon. The heat and mass changes together with hot wind direction changing were also considered in this model. Furthermore, the key parameters were recognized with field data, and the simulation curves showed that the models well described the processes of moisture evaporation, dry pellets oxidation and heat exchange of outer air. Based on the kinetic models, hardness models for dry and preheated pellets were also proposed. The comparison results showed that the model was efficient and the realistic drying and oxidation process was well reflected. It also provided a foundation of accurate control and optimization for iron ore pellet drying and oxidation process which has practical significance.
