引滦入津工程水源保护问题的分析与思考

摘　　要：从引滦入津工程水源保护的现状出发,分析了影响引滦水源水质变化的主要因素,系统总结了近年天津市水务局(引滦工程管理局)在引滦水源保护中所做的工作和采取的措施。结合天津市水务局编制的《关于加强引滦水源保护的工作方案》,对进一步做好引滦水源保护工作提出了建议。Main reasons of water quality degradation in water source area of the Luan River are investigated from the viewpoint of protection of water source of Water Diversion from Luan River to Tianjin. A systematic summary has been made to the practices and measures taken by the Tianjin Water Authority （Management Bureau of Water Diversion from Luan River to Tianjin） for water source protection. Specific measures for strengthening water source protection are worked out in line with the working plan prepared by the authority.
