烧伤Ⅰ号软膏对兔深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察烧伤Ⅰ号软膏对兔深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合的疗效。方法:采用兔深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,随机分为烧伤Ⅰ号软膏治疗实验组和碘伏膏治疗对照组,于烫伤后不同时间点取材,用羟脯氨酸法检测组织中胶原含量并进行组织学观察,记录创面愈合率、愈合时间、瘢痕形成情况。结果:烧伤Ⅰ号软膏可增强胶原合成,促进创面成纤维细胞及毛细血管的增殖;提高创面愈合率,明显缩短愈合时间且无明显瘢痕形成。结论:烧伤Ⅰ号软膏具有增强胶原合成、促进创面愈合的作用。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Shao Shang I ointment on wound healing of deep second-degree scald in rabbits. Methods ： Animal models of deep second-degree burn wound were established in 24 New Zealand rabbits, which were randomly divided into Shao Shang I ointment treatment group and iodine volts cream treatment control group. Samples of granulation tissues were obtained on different time points after injury to determine the collagen content and car- ry on the histological observation. The counts of fibroblasts and capillaries, proportion of wound healing and wound healing time were recorded. Results：Shao Shang I ointment can promote the proliferation of fibroblast and capillary in the wound, increase collagen content and healing rate of the wound, and reduce the healing time without obvious scar formation. Conelusion：Shao Shang I ointment can enhance collagen synthesis and promote wound healing.
