摘  要:目的:应用实时三维超声心动图评价扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)患者左、右心室收缩功能。方法:采用Philips IE 33超声诊断仪,应用RT-3DE技术检测35例DCM患者及40例健康对照者左、右心室收缩功能参数,正常对照组与DCM组各参数进行比较及相关分析。结果:DCM组左、右心室的EDV、ESV显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而左、右心室EF显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01);DCM组RT-3DE技术检测LVEFRT-3DE与RVEFRT-3DE呈正相关(r=0.59,P<0.01)。结论:RT-3DE能够准确评价DCM患者左、右心室收缩功能;DCM病患者左、右心室功能损害程度之间呈正相关。Objective: To explore the value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography ( RT-3DE ) in the evaluation of left and right ventricular systolic function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy ( DCM ). Methods: Thirty five pa- tients with DCM and forty healthy individuals were enrolled, by using RT-3DE with Philips IE33 color doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus to measure left and right ventrieular systolic function parameters and analyze the possible correlation of left ventricular and fight ventricular functions. Results : The results of EDV and ESV were significantly higher in patient group with DCM than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. O1 ). The result of EF was significantly lower in patients with DCM than in the control group (P 〈0.01 ) ,the correlation analysis results of LVEF and RVEF measured by RT-3DE in patients with DCM were positively corrected (r = 0.59, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: RT-3DE can accurately assess of ventricular systolic function in patients with DCM by measuring the left and right ventricular systolic function parameters. Left ventricular systolic function had a positive relation with right ventricular systolic function in patients with DCM and indi- cates that there is a positive relation between the degree of impaired left and right ventricular systolic function.
