摘　　要：三醋酸纤维素酯在制备成棉胶液的过程中,会引入一定的杂质异物,同时纤维素酯本身溶解不彻底也会造成一定的胶点,这些异物和胶点在形成片基后会在表观表现出一定的瑕疵和缺陷,因此为消除片基中的各种表观缺陷,必须对棉胶溶液进行过滤。过滤即在外力作用下,物料通过微孔材料,达到净化或分离目的的过程。所使用的微孔材料称为过滤介质,俗称过滤材料,外力即为过滤的推动力,即泵提供的压力作用。棉胶液在泵提供的压力下经管道从过滤机框的孔里挤出来,穿过滤材,经过板上的导流槽进入过滤机后的管道输送,棉胶中的杂质被截留在滤材中形成滤饼,从而达到杂质和凝块被截留、溶液得到净化的目的。When we make the TAC into solution ,there will be some foreign impurities ,and as the same time Glue Dot will also come if TAC do not dissolve completely.It wilt show some flaws and defects when the foreign impurities and Glue Dot changing into a film. In order to eliminate flaws and defects of the film, the so- lution must be filtered. Filter is a process that the material goes through the microporous material under the effect of external force, reaching the purpose of purifying or separation.The microporous material is called filtration medium which is Commonly known as filter material,and the external force tha come from the Pump is the driver of filtering.The solution get through the pipe and work out from the hole of the filter box under the pressure provided by pump, passing through filter material,coming into the filtering machine through the diversion trench of the board, then delivered by the pipeline.in the end the impurities of the solution are trapped in the filter material as filter cake, So as to achieve the goal that impurities and coagulation are blocked and the solution is purified.
