左归丸水提液中总环烯醚萜苷含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立左归丸水提液中总环烯醚萜苷含量测定的方法。方法:水提液通过醇沉后经大孔树脂D101对环烯醚萜苷进行分离纯化,蒸干后加香草醛和高氯酸水浴显色后用紫外可见分光光度计进行含量测定。结果:大孔树脂D101对环烯醚萜苷的分离纯化效果良好,左归丸中环烯醚萜苷以马钱苷含量较高,故选马钱苷为对照品,显色后在24.96μg^99.84μg范围内线性关系良好。结论:该方法可用于左归丸水提液中总环烯醚萜苷的含量测定。Objective：To establish a method for content determination of total iri doid glycosides in water extract from Zuogui pills. Method：Firstly iridoid glycosides was isolated and purified by D101 macroporous resin,then was determined by UV with 534 nm detection wavelength after coloration. Results：D101 macroporous resin eluting with 80% EtOH was suitable for purification of iridoid glycosides.Linear relationship of loganin was good in the range of 24.96 μg ~99.84 μg. Conclusion：This method is suitable for content determination of total iridoid glycosides in water extract from Zuogui pills.
