HPLC测定更年安片中丹皮酚和五味子醇甲的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定更年安片中丹皮酚和五味子醇甲含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Phenomenex Luna C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,检测波长为260 nm。结果:丹皮酚在0.081 8μg^0.491μg范围内、五味子醇甲在0.310μg^1.862μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数分别为1.000 0和0.999 9,平均回收率分别为98.27%(RSD=0.44%)、101.93%(RSD=1.87%)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为更年安片质量控制方法之一。Objective：To establish a method for content determination of paeonol and schizandrin in Gengnian′an tablets. Method：HPLC was performed on Phenomenex Luna C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）with acetonitrile-0.1%phospho-ric acid solution gradient elution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was set at 260 nm. Results：The linear relationships of paeonol and schizandrin were respectively good in the range of 0.081 8 μg^0.491μg and 0.310 μg ~1.862 μg with correlation coefficients 1.000 0 and 0.999 9.The average recovery rates were 98.27%（RSD=0.44%）and 101.93%（RSD=1.87%）respectively. Conclusion：This method is convenient,accurate and reliable,and can be used as quality control methods for Gengnian′an tablets.
