关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的KOA患者80例分为2组。治疗组40例采用关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠注射治疗,每周注射1次,连续5次;对照组40例采用单纯关节镜清理术治疗。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后NO及IL-1含量均显著降低(P<0.005),膝关节Lysholm评分术后3个月及12个月均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。Objective：To evaluate the curative effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods：80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were treated by arthroscopic debridement com-bined with injection of sodium hyaluronate,once a week,5 times a course of treatment;while patients in control group were used simply arthroscopic debridement. Results：Compared with pretherapy,contents of NO and IL-1 were significantly re-duced in treatment group after treatment（P〈0.005）,Lysholm score of knee joint in treatment group 3 months after treatment and 12 months after treatment were significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Arthroscopic debridement combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate in articular cavity has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
