摘　　要：以一份清代天主教世家分家文书序言为文本,通过田野调查,搜集了家谱、照片、碑记、方志史料、口述史等文本,唤醒耶儒文化在该村相遇后积淀百年的文化记忆,透视中国农村天主教信仰和儒家思想的交织。序言追溯了艰难的创业史、家庭世系构成及分家缘由,也显示了父家长衍用"诸子平分"和"托亲凭族"的分家原则和方法,为儿孙析产分家,并以融合了传统家礼和天主教教诫的家训导之。父家长"累世而居"、"父子一体"的愿望,无法阻碍"树大分叉"的家族瓦解。在本不需要书面契约的血亲之间,分家人以分书契约形式传承家族信仰与传统文化。分家形式上是家产的分割、门户的独立,但精神上是家族文化的一脉相承,分书具有文化遗产的意义。The paper studies the foreword of a household division contract written by a Catholic family head in Qing Dynasty from which we can see the mingling of Catholic culture and Confucius culture. We have collected the genealogical materials, old photos, tomb scripts, local chronicles and narration of local villagers, which revive cultural memories about how Catholicism and Confucianism have encountered and how they have been mingling in this small village. The foreword entails basic elements of the ancient Chinese contract of household division, including： a review of the tough history of family forming, an exposition of the composition of the family kin and membership, the unwillingness of the decision of household division and the reasons for the decision. The family head divided the family sticking to the principle of ＂equally-divided among offspring＂ with key relatives as witnesses. And finally he did a heart- felt teaching and preaching to the young generations, which embodies traditional ideas and Catholic belief. The family head, with an unspoken endearment to his offspring, harbored a traditional idea that families should be living on the accumulation of generations, and the father and the son should be a unity. However, he could not stop the collapse of the family which is usually divided as boughs of a tree when the tree has grown up. He thus had to make a formal agreement among family members which kept the tradition and conviction going down to the younger generations. Household division is the division of family property and the dependence of descendants in form, but in spirit it is the inheritance of clan culture, and therefore, the household contract is embodied with the meaning of cultural heritage.
