摘　　要：案例教学是培养专业人才的一种有效教学方式,尤其在培养应用型人才方面更具显著效果。通过对新建本科院校公共事业管理专业人才培养现实问题的分析,深入分析案例教学在培养学生的自主学习能力、团队合作意识、解决问题能力方面的作用,提出应落实转变课堂教学观念、培训案例教学教师、精心设计教学案例三大方面工作以切实发挥案例教学在培养应用型人才中的作用。Case teaching practice has proved to be an effective way for cultivating professional talents, especially for cultivating applied talents. Through an analysis of the problems in cultivating applied talents majoring in public affairs administration in newly-established universities, the essay discusses the role of case teaching in cultivating students＂ autonomous learning ability, sense of teamwork and problem-solving skills. In order to bring case teaching into full play, newly-established universities should change teaching concepts, train case teaching teachers and carefully design applied cases.
