整体顶梁组合悬移液压支架在国投教学三矿的应用与分析

摘  要:鉴于在国投煤炭有限公司河南分公司教学三矿工作面采用走向、倾斜长壁后退式采煤法,单体液压支柱配π型钢梁支护、放顶煤一次采全高采煤工艺进行采煤。在生产过程中,这种支护方式存在工人劳动强度大、煤炭回收率低、支架稳定性差等缺点,决定选用ZH1600/16/24Z型整体顶梁组合悬移液压支架,经过三个多月的使用,在安全环境、煤炭回收率、材料节约等多方面综合效益有较大提高。Henan branch Jiaoxue No. 3 mine working face of the State Investment Coal Limited Company uses the old way to mine, trend and inclined longwall retrograde style mining, and top - coal blasting and mining by the single hydraulic prop matching with π - type steel beam, some limitations can be easily found, such as, great labor intensity, low coal recovery rate, weak stability, and so on. Based on that and our research, ZH1600/16/24Z type integrated roof timber combined suspension hydraulic prop is adopted. After the application for three months, comprehensive efficiency has been improved a lot in several aspects: safe circumstances, coal recovery rate, and material saving, and so on.
