复方红豆杉胶囊配合夏凌养阴方治疗肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方红豆杉胶囊配合夏凌养阴方治疗肺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法:40例肺癌患者口服复方红豆杉胶囊,每次0.6 g,每日3次,饭后服,21 d为1个周期;夏凌养阴方水煎,每次150 mL,每日2次,饭后0.5 h口服,连服21 d,至少用3个周期以上评价疗效。结果:所有患者肿瘤体积较用药前明显减小,生活质量改善,癌胚抗原等肿瘤标记物数值有不同程度下降。结论:复方红豆杉胶囊和夏凌养阴方不仅能抑制肿瘤生长,而且可以改善患者生活质量,从而起到延长患者生命的作用。Objective ：To evaluate the curative effects and side effects of Fufang Hongdoushan Capsules in combination with Xialing Yan- gyin Formula on lung cancer. Methods ： 40 cases of patients with lung cancer were treated with Fufang Hongdoushan Capsules at 0.6g per time,3 times a day,after meals for 21 days and Xialing Yangyin Formula decoction at 150mL twice a day,half an hour after meals for 21 days. Both the curative effects and side effects were evaluated after at least three cycles. Results：After 3 cycles of the treatment, all the patients had obvious reduction in tumor size and improvement on life quality, and varying degrees decreased of carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） and other tumor marker values. Conclusion：Fufang Hongdoushan Capsules and Xialing Yangyin Formula can not only in- hibit the growth of lung cancer, but also improve patients＇ quality of life, accordingly prolong the lives of patients.
