摘  要:目的:观察心脑宁片对亚硝酸钠所致小鼠记忆巩固障碍模型的影响。方法:取70只体质量18-21g小鼠,随机平均分为7组,其中l组为空白对照组,另6组制作组造亚硝酸钠记忆获得障碍模型,包括模型组,吡拉西坦组,金纳多组,大剂量心脑宁片组,中剂量心脑宁片组,小剂量心脑宁片组。空白对照组和模型组灌服0.5%羧甲基纤维素(CMC)(0.02mL·g-1);其余各组分别灌服吡拉西坦悬液1.2g·kg-1,用0.5%CMC配成0.06g·mL-1,0.02mL·g-1),金纳多混悬液(60mg·kg-1,用0.5%CMC配成3g·L-1,0.02mL·g-),心脑宁片混悬液(2.2gkg-1.12g·kg-1、0.56g·kg-1,用0.5%CMC配成0.11g·mL-1、0.056g·mL-1、0.028g·mL-1,0.02mL·g-1)。测试小鼠记忆情况,观察并记录小鼠首次从跳台上跳下的潜伏期及5min内错误次数和5min内小鼠进入暗室的次数(受电击次数),5min内未进入暗室的小鼠潜伏期按300s。结果:与空白对照组比,模型组小鼠首次从跳台上跳下的潜伏期显著缩短(P〈0.01)、5rain内出现的错误次数显著增加(P〈0.01)。与模型组比较,大剂量、中剂量、小剂量心脑宁片组,吡拉西担组和金纳多组均可显著延长小鼠首次从跳台上跳下的潜伏期(P〈0.01);大剂量、中剂量心脑宁片组和吡拉西担组可显著减少小鼠5rain内出现的错误次数(P〈0.01),小剂量心脑宁片组和金纳多组可明星减少小鼠5min内出现的错误次数(P〈0.05)。与空白对照组比较,模型组小鼠首次进入暗室的潜伏期显著缩短(P〈0.01)、5min内进入暗室的次数显著增加(P〈0.01)。与模型组比较,大剂量、中剂量心脑宁片组可显著延长小鼠首次进入暗室的潜伏期(P〈0.05),吡拉西担组可显著延长小鼠首次进入暗室的潜伏期(P〈0.05);给药组仅有减少小鼠5min内进入暗室次数的�Objective: To study the effect of Xinnaoning Piece on memory consolidation impairment model mice. Methods: 70 mice with the weight of 18 -21 g were randomly divided into 7 groups. One group was the blank control group, and six groups of sodium nitrite ac- quired memory disorder model,including model group, piracetam group, ginaton group, high-dose xinnaoning piece group, middle-dose xinnaoning piece group,and low-dose xinnaoning piece group. Blank control group and model group were administered orally 0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC ,0.02 mL g- 1 ) , and the rest of the groups respectively administered orally piracetam suspension 1.2 g kg- t (0.06 g mL- and 0.02 mL g- t preparations with 0.5% CMC) ,jinnaduo mixed suspension 60mg kg-1 ( 3 g L- and 0.02 mL g-i preparations with 0.5% CMC),xinnaoning piece mixed suspension 2.2g kg-I ,1.12 g. kg-t ,0.56 g kg-1 (0.11 g mL-1 ,0. 056 g mL-l ,0.028 g mL-1 and 0.02 mL g-l preparations with 0.5% CMC). Tested memory in mice,observed and recorded latency of platform jumping for the first time, and error times within 5 minutes and times of mice entrance to the dark chamber in 5 mininutes ( the number of electric shocks) ,and mouse latency did not enter the chamber in 5min by 300s. Results : Compared with blank control group, latency of platform iumpinK for the first time in model group mice were significantly shortened ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and er-ror times within 5 minutes were significant increased (P 〈 O. O1 ). Compared with model group, high dose, middle dose and small close of xinnaoning piece group, piraeetam group and jinnaduo group can significantly extend latency of plattbrm jumping for the first time( P 〈 0.01 ) ;large close, medium dose of xinnaoning group and piracetam group can significantly reduce the number of errors in mice within 5 rain ( P 〈 0.01 ) , small dose of xinnaoning piece group and jinnaduo group can obvious reduce errors times in mice within 5 min ( P 〈 0. 05 ).
