摘  要:目的:优选柴芩合剂的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以黄芩苷含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计法,对影响其提取率的重要因素(A)加水量、(B)煎煮时间、(C)煎煮次数进行优选。采用HPLC测定黄芩苷的含量,Agilent XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150.0 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2),检测波长278 nm,流速1.0 mL,·min-1。结果:优选的最佳水提取工艺条件为6倍量水,提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选出的提取工艺操作简单,生产成本低,符合工业生产的需要。Objective : To optimize the best extraction technology of Chaiqin Mixture. Methods : The L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal design method was employed to study the best extracted technics through analyzing the content of baiealin by HPLC with water volume,decocting times and deeoeting time as factors, The determination was carried out on a Agilent XDB-C18 eolume (4.6ram 150mm, 5 pm ) , methanol- water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mt/min, UV detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results: The best optimal water extraction technology conditions for optimization was as follows : extracted 3 times with 6 times the amount of water, 1.5 h per time. Conclusion : The optimized extraction technology is simple with low cost,it is suitable for industrial production.
