骶管注射脉络宁注射液配合火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨骶管注射脉络宁注射液配合火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各80例。治疗组采用骶管注射脉络宁注射液配合火针治疗。对照组给予电针治疗、腰部理疗、静脉滴注甘露醇等常规治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为36.25%,有效率93.75%;对照组治愈率为7.50%,有效率73.70%。两组治愈率、有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骶管疗法配合火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效较好。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated by fire-needle therapy combined with intrasacral canal injection Mailuoning Compound Liquid. Methods： 160 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,each of 80 cases, the treatment group was treated with fire-needle therapy added with Intrasacral canal injection Mailuoning Compound Liquid, The control group was given conventional treatment such as cupping therapy,waist physical therapy and intravenous drip of mannitol. Results ： The cure rate and effective rate were 36.25% and 93.75% in the treatment group,and 7.50% and 73.70% in the control group,respectively. And the differences of the two groups were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion treated by fire-needle therapy combined with intrasaeral canal injection has a good efficacy.
