都梁软胶囊治疗偏头痛的Meta分析

摘　　要：通过中文检索词“都梁软胶囊”“偏头痛…‘西比灵”““氟桂利嗪”“氟桂嗪”“氟桂秦”和英文检索词“Duliangcapsule”“Migraine”“FlunarizineHydrochlorideCapsules”为关键词检索出1995—2011年的文献，对入选合格的文献行Meta分析，运用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5．2分析软件，计数资料计算合并的比值比，计量资料采用加权均数差法，并进行显著性检验。最终纳入研究文献4篇，都梁软胶囊组250例，对照药物组249例。Meta分析结果显示都梁软胶囊对有效率的改善优于对照组（OR=5．83．95％CI=1．84、-18．49，P=0．003）。现有证据表明都梁软胶囊治疗偏头痛有效，临床有效率优于对照药物组，由于纳入研究的数量和质量的限制，因此尚需开展更多设计合理、执行严格的多中心大样本且随访时间足够长的随机对照试验验证其疗效及安全性。Retrieved literatures from 1995 to 201l through Chinese retrieval ＂DouLiang Soft Capsule＂ ,＂ migraine＂,＂ xi bi ling ＂ ,＂fu gui li qin＂ ,＂fu gui qin＂ ,＂fu gui qin＂ and English searching words ＂Duliang capsule＂ ,＂ Migraine Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules＂ as keywords,Meta analysis on these qualified literatures, using Cochrane RevManS. 2 analysis software, odds ratio for counting data, and weighted mean difference for measurement data,and carded on the test of significance. Eventually four articles were included containing 250 cases in DouLiang Soft Capsule group and 249 cases in control drug groups. Meta-analysis showed that DouLiang Soft Capsule had better efficiency than the control drug group （ OR = 5.83,95% CI = 1.84 - 18.49, P = 0. 003 ）. The available evidence has proved that DouLiang Soft Capsule is effective for migraine. Due to the poor quality and small sample of the included trials, more multi-center, large sample, enough follow-up randomized controlled trial with reasonable design, strict performance are needed to verify its efficacy and safety.
