黑番鸭高产优质专门化品系的选育研究

摘　　要：采用家系和个体选择相结合的方法对黑番鸭高产专门化品系进行世代选育,以期选育出黑羽率高、产蛋性能好、群体整齐一致且后代生长速度较快的黑番鸭高产优质专门化品系.结果表明：（1）经过4个世代选育,群体1～2级黑羽率从42.23％提高到98.46％,群体呈现出以黑羽色为主基调.（2）经过3个世代选育,公母鸭70日龄群体体重变异系数分别从12.37％和14.52％下降到6.54％和7.49％,群体趋于整齐一致；70日龄与180日龄F3代公母鸭的体重均极显著高于F1代（P＜0.01）.（3）经过3个世代的家系选育,300日龄产蛋量F3代极显著高于F1代（P＜0.01）,提高幅度为13.98％,选育进展显著；（4）F3代黑番鸭的开产日龄极显著早于F1代（P＜0.01）,平均提早了7.53 d；300日龄蛋重由原来的79.23 g至80.05 g,提高幅度较小.In this study,family and individual selection methods were used to breed high-yield specialized strain of black muscovy with high rate of black plumage color,good egg laying performance,population tidiness,and fast growth.The results indicat that firstly,the black feather rate of groups 1～2 increased from 42.23 ％ to 98.46 ％ after breeding four generations; secondly,the weight coefficient of variation of 70-day-old male and female ducks dropped from 12.37％,14.52％ to 6.54％,7.49％ respectively,reaching a good group tidiness,and the weight of 70-day-old ducks and 300-day-old ducks from generation F3 was significantly heavier than that pf generation F1 （P＜0.01） ; thirdly,the egg production of 300-dayold ducks from generation F3 was significantly higher than that of the F1 generation by 13.98％ （P＜0.01）,which indicated a remarkable breeding progress; fourthly,the average first egg day of generation F3 was significantly earlier than that of generation F1 （P＜0.01） by 7.53 days with a slight egg weight increase from 79.23 g to 80.05 g.
