摘 要:用细粒棘球蚴原头节虫体及排泄分泌抗原—抗体系统进行交叉酶联免疫吸附试验的实验结果显示 :成虫虫体抗原和原头节虫体抗原呈现交叉反应 ,表明这两个发育阶段的虫体抗原具有主要的共同抗原组分 ;原头节排泄分泌抗原的免疫血清 Ig G与成虫虫体抗原之间交叉滴度很低 ,但与原头节虫体抗原之间存在完全的交叉反应 ,因而提示原头节排泄分泌抗原是原头节的期特异性抗原 ,与其相应抗体具有较高的亲合力。检测犬粪标本的结果提示感染细粒棘球绦虫的犬粪抗原是一种广谱抗原。两种抗原A series of cross enzyme linked immune sorbent assay(CELISA) studies were carried out in order to assess the application of Echinococcus granulosus protoscolex somatic and excretory/secretory antigen antibody systems for coproantigen detection in dogs. The results shown that the adult somatic antigen has high titer cross reactivity with the IgG against protoscolex somatic antigens, indicates that they share the common antigen fractions. The titer of cross reaction between adult somatic antigen and the IgG against excretory/secretory antigens of protoscolex is very low, but this antibody given a complete cross reaction with protoscolex somatic antigen demonstrates that the excretory/secretory antigens is the specific stage antigens of the protoscolex and a high avidity has been found in relative antibodies. The results of coproantigen detection with the two systems of antigen antibody from protoscolex indicate that it be succesefully used for this goal and suggest that the coproantigen be a wide spectrum antigen.
