摘 要:针对现有秸秆粉碎旋耕播种复式作业机具,存在技术集成度不够、配套性差、作业效果不理想等实际问题,设计了一种新型秸秆还田施肥播种机;同时,阐述了该机的总体结构、设计原则以及技术参数,确定了播种施肥装置的结构与参数。通过应用实践表明,该机具有结构合理、紧凑等特点,适应范围广,能实现秸秆粉碎、旋耕整地、播种施肥、镇压一次性复式作业。There are many problems in the straw chopping rotary tillage seeding compound unit at present , such as bad technology integration , poor matching performance and non-ideal operating , etc .So a straw returning and fertilization seeder was designed in this paper .The overall structure ,design principles and key technologies were introduced , and the structures and parameters of the seeding-fertilizing machinery were determined .Through the application in the field , it is showed that the teamwork machine has a reasonable and compact structure and wide applicability , which can realize straw chopping , rotary tillage , soil preparation , seeding , fertilization and compacting .
