摘　　要：根据喷杆喷雾机喷雾系统设计了射流混药装置,并对射流混药装置进行了在线混药试验研究。测量两种不同参数的射流混药装置应用于不同的喷雾系统的工作参数和工作状态,结果显示,射流混药装置与喷雾系统存在参数匹配。若匹配不当,射流混药装置出现回流无法实现在线混药。射流混药装置的结构参数与喷雾系统共同决定射流混药装置的工作状态,喷杆喷雾机射流混药装置的结构设计应考虑喷雾系统的流量特性。Online mixing spray technology is one of the important variable spray technologies .Jet mixing apparatus is an online mixing apparatus which is often used for online mixing system .Relevant researches ware mainly limited on flow field simulation or experimental analysis , which didn ’ t consider integrating the jet mixing apparatus and spray machine as a whole system to study .According to the boom sprayer spray system , a jet mixing apparatus was designed .An online mixing test system was built for the boom sprayer .By changing the nozzles and adjusting spray pressure of this system , simulated the flow characteristic of different spray pipe .Working characteristics of the jet mixing apparatus in different online mixing systems were researched in this paper .If the flow characteristic of the spray system cannot match the pa-rameters of the jet mixing apparatus , the backflow phenomenon would appear .
