摘 要:耗水率是评价蔬菜清洗机耗水性能的参数,与蔬菜的脏污程度和洗净程度有关,还与清洗水脏污程度有关。为此,在研究了蔬菜清洗机耗水性能影响因素的基础上,提出了用蔬菜致浊率和清洗水浊度等条件参数,综合耗水量参数,对清洗机耗水性能进行评价,并确定其测试方法。通过对硕果牌蔬菜清洗机进行试验测试,结果表明,清洗机耗水率与蔬菜的致浊率有关,用致浊率描述蔬菜的脏污程度(或洁净程度)作为测试计算清洗机耗水率的条件参数,可以客观反映清洗机在特定条件下的耗水性能。清洗水水质要求是清洗过程更换清洗水的依据,也是计量清洗机耗水率的影响因素。在清洗的蔬菜种类、脏污程度和清洗水水质状况得以描述的前提下,才能够通过测量清洗机的耗水量掌握清洗机的耗水性能。Water consumption rate is the parameter described vegetable washing machine ’ performances .Water con-sumption rate is associated with the grit on vegetables , the condition of washing water and the cleaning degree after wash-ing .Based on studying the factors that influence determining the water consumption performance of vegetable washing ma -chine , this article created and defined the new concept which is the change rate of turbidity of water resulting from vege -tables and developed the water consumption performance test method of vegetable washing machine .Using the new con-cept and the turbidity of washing water , water consumption performance of vegetable washing machine is evaluated by wa-ter consumption .Test results from the measure of SHUO GUO vegetable washing machine show that the change rate of turbidity of water resulting from vegetables could be used to check the grit on vegetables and turbidity of water could be used to determine the threshold for the change of washing water .And when knowing the vegetable species , the grit on vegetables and the turbidity of washing water , the water consumption performance of vegetable washing machine can be tested and evaluated scientifically .
