摘  要:介绍了废聚酰胺(PA)纤维的物理回收、化学回收、能量回收方法;详述了化学回收方法的研究进展,化学回收方法有水解(酸解、碱解)、真空解聚、氨解、催化裂解、醇解、超(亚)临界流体解聚、在离子液体中解聚等;阐述了废旧地毯、渔网、安全气囊、轮胎帘子线的回收技术;指出超(亚)临界流体解聚、杂多酸催化水解、在离子液体中解聚是废PA纤维回收技术的研究方向。Abstract:The recycling techniques of polyamide (PA) fiber waste were introduced,including physical recycling,chemical recycling,energy recycling.The research progress in chemical recycling techniques was described in details,including hydrolysis (acidolysis,alkaline hydrolysis),vacuum depolymerization,ammonolysis,catalytic cracking,alcoholysis,supercritical (subcritical) fluid depolymerization,depolymerization in ionic liquid,etc.The techniques for recycling carpets,fishing net,safety air bag,tire cord were described.It was pointed out that the research trend of PA fiber recycling techniques would be focused on supercritical (subcritical) fluid depolymerization,heteropoly acid catalytic hydrolysis and depolymerization in ionic liquid.
