摘  要:介绍了聚酯装置中乙二醇(EG)蒸气喷射泵系统工艺流程;从EG蒸发器压力和温度、EG喷淋流量、液环泵系统及工艺条件等方面对影响EG蒸气喷射泵运行的因素进行了系统分析,并提出了蒸气喷射泵平稳运行的相应措施.指出EG蒸发器压力低、EG蒸气喷射泵喷嘴堵塞及工艺波动是影响EG蒸气喷射泵平衡运行的主要因素.应减少EG蒸发器的EG流量波动,控制其液位在500~600 mm,生产中循环冷却水温度25~32℃,稳定EG蒸气喷射器喷啉流量,并优化工艺条件,加强循环泵的日常维护.The technological process of ethylene glycol (EG) steam ejector was introduced for polyester unit.The influential factors including EG evaporator pressure and temperature,EG spray flow,liquid ring pump and process conditions on EG steam ejector operation were analyzed.The corresponding measures were proposed to ensure the stable operation of steam ejector.It was pointed out that the primary factors impacting the stable operation of EG steam ejector comprised low EG steam pressure,EG steam ejector nozzle block and process fluctuation; and the stable operation of EG steam ejector can be guaranteed by depressing the EG flow fluctuation of EG condenser,controlling the liquid level of 500-600 mm and circulating cooling water 25-32℃,stably controlling the spray flow of EG steam ejector,optimizing the process conditions and strengthening the maintenance of liquid ring pump.
