摘 要:针对传统高得率浆的H2O2漂白工艺,提出一种"低碱/高H2O2"的改良漂白工艺。实验以云杉TMP纸浆为研究对象,分别采用传统H2O2漂白工艺和"低碱/高H2O2"的改良漂白工艺对其进行漂白。结果表明:在"低碱/高H2O2"工艺中降低用碱量并增加H2O2用量后,浆张白度与传统H2O2漂白工艺相比变化不大;纸浆ISO白度达到75%时,相对于传统H2O2漂白工艺,经过"低碱/高H2O2"漂白工艺的纸浆松厚度提高了15.4%、漂白得率增加4.2%、废水COD降低了20.4%;当H2O2用量为10%,达到相似目标白度时,"低碱/高H2O2"改良漂白工艺相比于传统工艺来说,纸浆松厚度提高了26.2%、吨浆成本节约146.3元。A modified peroxide bleaching process, the so called "low-alkali" peroxide bleaching process, was proposed to produce some special high-bulk paper or paperboard grade, meanwhile reducing the equipment investment and pollution load of bleaching effluent. In this study, the conventional peroxide bleaching and modified "low-alkali" bleaching process were compared during spruce TMP bleaching. The results showed that the optical properties of bleached pulp from the "low-alkali" peroxide bleaching process were similar with the bleached pulp from conventional peroxide bleaching process. Although with slight sacrifice of strength properties, some unique properties, such as relatively higher bulk, light scattering and pulp yield, were obtained by "low-alkali" process. Based on the results from a spruce TMP with the brightness target of 75% ISO, the bulk of bleached pulp from "low-alkali" process increased by 15.4%, pulp yield increased by 4.2%, and COD decreased 20.4%, in comparison with the conventional peroxide bleaching process. Furthermore, at the same peroxide dosage of 10%, the bulk from the improved process was 26.2% higher than that from the conventional process with the similar brightness target, and the bleaching chemicals cost of such a process was reduced significantly.
