摘 要:通过5种不同直径的玻璃棉与短切玻璃纤维复配,研究玻璃棉直径对纸页性能的影响。研究发现,纸页孔径随玻璃棉直径的降低而大幅降低,厚度在纤维直径小于0.88μm后变化不显著。过滤效率随直径的降低显著增长,但同时阻力也明显增大,并且阻力的增加率总是大于效率的增长率。采用亚微米级玻璃棉,即直径降至0.88μm或更低,纸页的品质因子得到显著提升,但直径的降低并不总能获得更高的品质因子,在直径为0.53μm时品质因子达到最大值14.7。In this work, the influence of glass fiber diameters on filtration performance was extensively discussed by preparing hand sheets with different fibers. The result showed that the pore of paper decreased greatly with fiber getting finer while the thickness showed no more obvious change when diameter was lower than 0.88 μm. By using finer fibers a significant growth of fdtration efficiency could be achieved, accompanying with a rapid rise of resistance. The quality factor was found to be considerably higher when containing fibers with a diameter of 0.88 μm or smaller. But the finer fibers didn't always mean higher quality factor, it reached to the peak of 14.7 when the diameter is 0.53 μm.
