摘 要:为了制备一种既防水又具有增强作用的新型表面施胶剂,本研究以水性环氧树脂改性丙烯酸为高反应活性交联单体,以聚乙烯醇为分散剂,以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酰胺为共聚单体,合成了环氧树脂接枝聚丙烯酸酯防水增强剂,详细讨论了该防水增强剂的乳液性能、粒径分布及表面施胶性能。纸张应用实验表明,单独使用该防水增强剂进行表面施胶,在浓度为1.6%时,纸张水接触角可达89°、施胶度可达118 s,同时抗张强度、耐破度、耐折度、撕裂度分别提高22.5%、14.5%、23.6%、15.8%,且与氧化淀粉复配使用的增强效果均接近于或高于单独使用聚合物乳液施胶的纸张。In order to prepare a new surface sizing agent for largely increasing waterproof performance and the strength, epoxy resin grafting polyacrylate waterproof, strengthening agent was prepared with styrene, butylacrylate and acrylamide using acrylic acid modified with waterborne epoxy resin as highly reactive crosslinldng monomer and polyvinyl alcohol as dispersing agent, and the emulsion basic parameter, particle size distribution and surface sizing performance were discussed in detail. The application experiment results showed that the concentration of waterproof and strengthening agent was 1.6%, the water contact angle was up to 89~, the sizing degree was 118s, the paper's tensile strength, bursting strength, fracture-resist degree and tear degree were respectively increased by 22.5%, 14.5%, 23.6% and 15.8%, and the effect are close to or higher than single polymer emulsion when the oxidized starch and polymer emulsion are used as a complex system in different proportions.
