基于局部一致性方法的思虑过度状态患者脑静息态功能磁共振研究

摘　　要：目的探讨思虑过度状态患者静息状态下脑功能活动情况。方法选择山东中医药大学在读硕士及博士研究生40名为研究对象，其中20例思虑过度状态者为思虑过度组，20名健康者为健康对照组，两组学生年龄、性别相匹配，均于2013年10～11月接受功能磁共振扫描，采用局部一致性方法，比较分析两组在静息状态下脑功能活动情况。结果与健康对照组相比，思虑过度组患者静息状态左侧小脑ReHo值降低，在左侧颞叶内侧、右侧胼胝体下回、左侧下后扣带回、右侧额上回ReHo值增加（P〈0．05）。结论静息状态下，思虑过度患者脑功能存在异常。Objective To explore the brain function of the patients with state of over-anxiety in resting state. Methods 40 master and doctor students of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with matched age and gender were chosen, 20 over-anxiety patients （over-anxiety group） and 20 healthy volunteers （healthy control group）, to receive functional MRI scan from October to November 2013, their brain activities with the regional homogeneity （ReHo） method in the resting state were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with healthy control group, ReHo value of over-anxiety group on the left cerebellum in resting state reduced and ReHo value increased on the left medial tempo- ral lobe, the right gyrus subcallosum, the left posterior cingulate gyrus and the right superior frontal gyms control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the resting state, brain function of over-anxiety patients is abnormal.
