基于国家自然科学基金的我国医学基础研究趋势分析

摘　　要：目的从国家自然科学基金角度宏观分析近年我国医学基础研究重点学科／领域及其发展趋势，为促进我国医学基础研究的科学发展提供重要的基础。方法对国家自然科学基金委公布的医学科学部2009～2013年所有立项项目．采用描述性统计方法进行分析。结果本研究定量分析了2009～2013年我国医学及其子领域获取国家自然科学基金的经费量及其变化趋势，并对临床医学和预防医学进行详细分析。结论本研究从定量分析角度总结评价了当前我国医学基础研究中的重点／薄弱领域及发展趋势增强／减弱的领域，可为我国医学科技发展战略／规划及科技管理研究提供重要参考。Objective To provide the comprehensively data-based evaluation of the key fields and their changing trends of medical basic studies in China from the perspective of national natural science foundation. To provide impor- tant references for the strategy development of medical science in China. Methods The medical programs from the year 2009 to 2013, published by the national natural science foundation of China, were analyzed with the method of descrip- tive statistics. Results The money amount and their changing trends obtained by different field/sub-fields in medicine （especially for the clinical medicine and public health） from the national natural science foundation between 2009 and 2013 were analyzed and elaborated. Conclusion This study identifies the strong/weak sub-fields and their tendency in medical basic studies, and further analyzes the strong/weak fields and their tendencies in clinical medicine and public health in detail. This study provides the important references for the construction of national medical strategy and man- agement of medical sciences.
