眼部整形手术中应用羟基磷灰石的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析与探讨眼部整形手术汇中羟基磷灰石的应用价值。方法选取2009～2013年在衢州市衢化医院接受治疗的患者183例（183眼），根据患者不同情况，采用羟基磷灰石进行一期、二期手术。观察治疗效果。结果通过眼部整形手术治疗，患者对眼部外形矫正比较满意，而且能够自如的活动义眼，患者眼部外观得到有效改善，对患者进行0．5-2年的随访调查，患者没有出现后遗症情况，而且术后眼部治疗效果良好。结论目前的眼部整形手术中，羟基磷灰石具有较好的治疗效果，值得临床应用与推广。Objective To analyze and explore the application value of hydroxyapatite in eye plastic surgery. Methods 183 cases （183 eyes） of patients treated in Quhua Hospital of Quzhou City from 2009 to 2013 were selected. One-stage operation, two-stage operation were carried out with Hydroxyapatite according to the different situation. Treatment ef- fect was observed. Results Through the eye plastic operation treatment, patients were satisfied with the correction of the shape of eyes, and the prosthetic eyes moved freely. So the appearance of the patient＇s eyes was effectively improved. Patients were followed up for 0.5 to 2 years for investigation, no sequelas was found and the postoperative eye treatment effects were good. Conclusion In the current eye plastic surgery, the material hydroxyapatite has relatively good treat- ment effects and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
