摘 要:目的探讨实施细节护理对提高急诊内科患者护理满意度的情况。方法分析湖州市中心医院2012年1月~2013年2月急诊科收治的1000例患者临床资料,依据是否实施细节护理将患者随机分为两组,常规护理组(采用基础性护理措施)500例和细节护理组(采用微小细节和环节的护理措施)500例。观察两组患者性别构成比例、年龄分布、原发病情况;自我认知、治疗环境、病情控制感、自信心评价情况;治疗依从性和护理工作满意度情况。结果两组患者性别构成比例、年龄分布、原发病情况差异无统计学意义(/9〉0.05);细节护理组患者自我认知、治疗环境、病情控制感、自信心评分均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(t=66.35、33.34、67.08、69.84,/9〈0.05):细节护理组患者治疗依从性和护理工作满意度均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(X。=35.29、35.29,/9〈0.05)。结论细节护理在急诊内科患者中应用,可以明显的提高患者自我效能,改善不良心理情绪,提高护理工作质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the improving emergency internal medicine patients" satisfaction by the implementa- tion of details nursing. Methods 1000 cases patients in the Department of Emergency, Central Hospital of Huzhou City, from January 2012 to February 2013 were selected and divided into two groups, the routine nursing group (given basic nursing measures, 500 cases) and the details nursing The sex ratio, age distribution, primary disease of two fidence evaluation; the compliance of treatment and group (given nursing measures tiny details and links, 500 cases). groups; the self awareness, treatment milieu, disease control, con- nursing satisfaction of two groups were detected. Results The sex ratio, age distribution, primary disease of two groups were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). The self awareness, treatment milieu, disease control, confidence evaluation of details nursing group were better than those of routine nurs- ing group, the differences were statistically significant (t = 66.35, 33.34, 67.08, 69.84, P 〈 0.05). The compliance of treatment and nursing satisfaction of details nursing group were better than routine nursing group, the differences were statistically significant (X 2 = 35.29, 35.29, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The applicate of details nursing on emergency inter- nal medicine patients, can enhance patient's self-efficacy, improve bad mental emotion, increase quality of nursing work, it is worthy of application on clinical.
