摘　　要：目的探讨结核性胸膜炎的有效临床护理措施。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院内科二病区，2012年3月～2013年5月收治的167例结核性胸膜炎患者护理资料进行回顾性分析，总结科学有效的临床护理措施。结果经过有效的临床护理，所有患者均恢复健康，且未出现任何并发症。结论及时有效的临床护理除了可以治疗和缓解病情外，还可以降低患者痛苦、减轻并发症、延长生命、提高生活质量。Objective To discuss the effective measures of clinical nursing for tuberculous pleurisy. Methods 167 pa- tients with tuberculous pleurisy in Beijing Chest Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, from March 2012 to May 2013 were selected and the clinical nursing date were analyzed retrospectively, the scientific and effective clinical nursing measures were summarized. Results After effective clinical nursing, all patients were recovered, and no case appeared complication. Conclusion Clinical nursing in addition to treatment and remission of the disease can not only reduce the suffering of patients, but also reduce complications, prolong life and improve the quality of life.
