摘 要:采用原位聚合法合成了La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI复合材料微生物燃料电池(MFC)阴极催化剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所制备催化剂进行结构和微观形貌表征。采用循环伏安法(CV)和交流阻抗法(EIS)对复合材料进行电化学性能的分析。结果表明,聚苯胺(PANI)含量的差异导致催化剂的活性有较大区别,在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中含PANI质量分数为6%的La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI催化剂表现出了良好的活性。将所制备催化剂应用于单室微生物燃料电池阴极,结果显示,PANI质量分数为6%的La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI对应MFC的最大功率密度258.91mW/m2,相应开路电压达642.7mV。这表明La0.7Sr0.3CoO3/PANI催化剂具有显著的催化活性,为需求有效MFC阴极催化剂材料提供了新途径。La0. 7Sr0. 3CoO3/PANI composites used as cathode catalysts of microbial fuel cell (MFC) have been synthesized by polymerization method. The structure and morphology of these composite catalysts were studied using X-ray diffraction spectrum (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical behav- ior of the composite catalysts was also investigated by means of cyclic vohammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The experiment results showed that, the differences of polyaniline (PANI) content lead to great difference in the activity of prepared catalysts. In the phosphate buffer solution, the composite La0. 7Sr0. 3CoO3/PANI catalyst containing PANI mass fraction of 6% showed fine electrocatalytical activity. Using it as the cathode catalyst, the maximum output power density and open circuit voltage of MFC were up to 258.91 mW/m2 and 642.7 mV, respectively. It is shown that, the La0. 7Sr0. 3CoO3/PANI catalysts have high catalytic activity and provide a solution for finding effective cathode materials for MFC.
