摘　　要：针对具有悠久历史和丰富内涵的天津地域文化在新的时代发展变化下所面临的传承发展困境,探讨了通过表现形式和传播途径、内容的更新变化来带动其在新媒体时代的传承,分析了凭借动漫艺术等拥有巨大发展潜力和广泛受众的形式来承载和表现地域文化的可行性和意义所在。Focuses on the Tianjin regional culture with a long history and rich connotation,which faced development dilemma in the new era. And also it discusses the Tianjin regional culture inheritance in the new media era by innovating the transmission forms, and updating the content. It analysis the feasibility and the significance which expresses the Tianjin regional culture by animation art with the great development potential and wide audience.
