摘　　要：新农村建设提出以来,在法制建设方面虽然取得了一定成效,但还存在着立法滞后、行政执法体系不适应新农村建设需求、农民法律意识薄弱等问题。据此,文章提出相应的解决办法。Achievement has been obtained since the implementation of new rural construction. However, the relevant problem, such as the lag in legislation, inadaptation between the demand generated in the course of construction, the weakness of legal awareness of the peasants. Based on such thinking, the relevant solution is put forward in this article.
