摘 要:2010-2011年在广东省肇庆市对不同防治措施的柑橘园内植绥螨进行了调查,结果显示:在不使用任何农药处理的柑橘园内植绥螨有4属10种,优势种是江原钝绥螨Amblyseius eharai和海南钝绥螨A.hainanensis,分别占总数的51.3%和26.9%;在以苦参碱防治为主的柑橘园内植绥螨有1属2种,优势种是海南钝绥螨A.hainanensis,占总数的83.3%;以矿物油乳剂防治为主的柑橘园内植绥螨有2属4种,优势种是钝毛钝绥螨A.obtuserellus,占总数的69.2%;以阿维菌素防治为主的柑橘园内植绥螨仅有1属1种,为江原钝绥螨A.eharai。不同防治措施对柑橘园内植绥螨造成不同的影响,并可能导致产生不同的类群结构,进一步对不同种类植绥螨控制柑橘害虫害螨的能力进行评估,筛选出主要种类,并采取相应措施进行保护和增殖,可提高其控害效果。The survey on structure and diversity of phytoseiid groups in citrus orchards was carried out in Zhaoqing city, Guangdong Province in 2010 -2011. The results showed that there were 4 genus 10 species of phytoseiid mite in orchard without control treatment, and the dominant species were Amblyseius eharai and A. hainanensis, taking the percentage of 55.91% and 26. 88% respectively; 1 genus 2 species in orchard based on matrine, and the dominant species was A. hainanensis, taking the percentage of 83.33%; 2 genus 4 species in orchard based on mineral oil, and the dominant species was A.obtuserellus, taking the percentage of 69.23% ; and only one species in orchard based on abamectin, that is A. eharai. Different pesticide present different damage function on phytoseiids and which might result to different structure and diversity of phytoseiid group. In order to improve the pest control effect, the control ability and potential of phytoseiids against mite and insect pests in citrus orchards should be assessed, and the measures should be taken to protect and develop the potential phytoseiids.
