摘  要:不育剂量的60Co-γ射线辐照会对某些昆虫的存活产生影响,为明确不育剂量的γ射线辐照对昆虫的影响,以柑橘大实蝇蛹为靶标,以辐照剂量为100 Gy和110 Gy、剂量率为2 Gy/min的60Co-γ射线进行辐照。研究结果表明,不育剂量60Co-γ射线辐照后,柑橘大实蝇雌虫和雄虫交配前期的死亡率较对照无显著提高;处理雌雄虫的第一死亡高峰与对照一致,均在成虫羽化后的1-3 d,雌虫的第二死亡高峰也与对照一致,但100Gy雄虫的第二死亡高峰比对照前移3 d,110 Gy雄虫的第二死亡高峰延迟时间较长(6 d)。100 Gy和110 Gy辐照雄虫的校正死亡率(24.53%和39.62%)显著高于辐照雌虫(7.63%和21.61%),两个不育剂量下雌虫存活能力较强。本文结果可为选择合适的柑橘大实蝇辐射不育剂量、确定辐射虫田间释放量和释放时期提供依据。When radiated with sterile dose by ^60Co gamma radiation, there were effects on survival in some insects. In order to definite the effects to insects that irradiated with sterile dose by gamma irradiation, the pupa of B. minax were irradiated by 100Gy doses, 110Gy doses and 2 Gy/min of gamma ray. The results showed that: Whether females or males irradiated with the two doses, there were no significantly increased premating mortality. Same as control, the fist mortality peak of sterile famales and males were all appeared at 1 - 3 days after eelosion. The second mortality peak of sterile female was aslo simultaneous with control. But for males irradiated with 110Gy and 100Gy, the second mortality peak were brought forward 3 d or prolonged for 6 d respectively compared with control. Irradiated with the two doses, corrected mortality of males (24.53% and 39.62% ) were significantly higher than females (7.63% and 21.61% ), so it was obvious that premating survival ability of irradiated females by this two doses were stronger than that of males. Suitable irradiated dose, exactly released adult number, appropriate release time in field might been well determined according as results of this paper.
