摘  要:该文对在我国西北地区正常和盐分胁迫条件下生长的俄罗斯杨、胡杨2种杨树2~4a生木质部进行解剖。测量了次生木质部导管的10种特征指标,包括:纤维的平均长度、平均直径、平均密度、平均双壁厚、径级以及导管的平均直径、水力直径、导管密度、单导管壁厚度、导管径级。结果表明:(1)盐分胁迫条件下2种杨树平均导管直径、水力直径减小,导管密度、单导管壁厚度和双导管壁间厚度增大,导致输水效率减小。(2)正常生长的胡杨比俄罗斯杨窄小导管百分比数要大,而大导管却明显减少,安全性高,因而盐碱胁迫环境下俄罗斯杨大导管易栓塞,植株容易黄化、枯死。The page dealed with anatomical characteristic of the branch from two to four year-old of Popu-lus russkill and Populus euphratica growing in northwest normal growth and salt stress conditions of our country. It gives a detail description of the general characteristics of the constitutions of the secondary xy-lem of the plant and measured 10 quantitative characteristics of secondary xylem of two poplars. Including average length,average diameter of fiber,average density of fiber,average double wall thickness,diameter and the diameter of the vessel,the hydraulic diameter,vessel density,single duct wall thickness,the vessel diameter index. The experimental results show:(1)The average diameter,hydraulic diameter of two poplar under soil salinity stress are smaller,vessel density,single tube wall thickness and double wall thickness are bigger than in norma,and the transportation efficiency of vessel is decreased. (2)Small vessels percent-age of Populus euphratica is higher,big vessel percentage is obviously lower than Populus russkill in nor-mal,and the safety of water transportation of vessel is improved. Therefor,Populus russkill vessel is weaker under soil salinity stress.
