褐黄水灰藓2种提取液抑菌作用比较研究

摘　　要：测定褐黄水灰藓配子体提取液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,比较分析了2种提取液对受试菌的最小抑菌浓度。结果表明:褐黄水灰藓无菌水、80%乙醇2种溶剂提取液对受试菌均有一定的抑制效果,且其醇提液抑菌活性更强。质量浓度为100g/L的乙醇提取液,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率分别达69.98%、71.04%,乙醇提取液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为12.5g/L、25g/L。The inhibition effects of different extracts of the bryophyte species Hygrohypnum ochraceum on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were tested by spectrophotometric method. The results showed that the extracts had a certain inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and the eth-anol extract had stonger inhibitions activities. At the concentration of 100g/L,its inhibition rate on Esche-richia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 69.98% and 71.04%,and its MIC were 12.5g/L、25g/L.
