国外对华反倾销影响因素的统计分析及启示

摘　　要：采用1992-2012年20年完整的指标数据,通过建立回归模型对我国遭遇反倾销调查和中外遭受反倾销调查因素进行分析,得出以下结论:外贸不对称度不是引起反倾销调查的主要原因,对我国来说对外发起反倾销数也不是招致国外反倾销调查的主要原因;经济增长率是影响反倾销调查的关键因素,但对我国的影响与其他国家不同,我国遭受反倾销调查与经济增长率之间呈负向关系,而相似经济体遭受反倾销调查与经济增长率呈正相关性,说明了我国在国际贸易中受到了来自他国的不公平和歧视性待遇;外贸依存度和失业率对影响中国和其他国家遭受反倾销调查的影响效应相同。Using 20 years full index date from 1992 to 2012, this paper analyzes the factors of anti - dumping investigations both at home and abroad by the regression model. The results show that： foreign trade asymmetry is not the main factor of the anti -dumping investigation, and the number of China~ foreign anti -dumping is not the main reason for incurring for- eign anti- dumping investigation on China; economic growth is the key factor that affects the anti -dumping investiga- tion, but the impact is different between China and other countries, and the situation between economic growth and anti -dumping investigation on China has negative correlation, while it has a positive correlation with similar economies, which shows that China was treated unfair and discriminatory in international trade; dependence on foreign trade and the unemployment rate have the same effect on China and other countries subject to anti - dumping investigation.
