摘　　要：随着我国各项改革措施的逐步推进,权力运行体制机制逐步完善,各级领导干部正确行使职权的自觉性有所提高。但是要看到,当前,在某些地方某些领域"一把手"的权力仍然过大,如何解决"一把手"权力监督的问题已经愈发成为现实而紧迫的任务,要破解"一把手"监督难的问题,必须积极探索切实加强对"一把手"监督的路径,规范权力使用和运行。Along with the gradually advancing of the reform measures in our country, The operation system gradually improve. Consciousness of cadre of leaders of all levels exercise its functions and powers are improved. But we also should see that, at present, In some areas the " chief leader" power is still too large. How to solve the problems of supervision of the power of the " chief leader" has become the realistic and urgent task. To solve the difficult problem of "chief leader" supervision, We must actively explore and strengthen the path on the "chief leader"supervision and standard the use and operation of power.
