摘  要:某供水工程三个泉倒虹吸全长10.93km,所采用的PCCP管径大,内水压力高,综合难度指数(管径与压力的乘积)高。该工程存在多个影响PCCP安全运行的因素。2010年首次采用电磁法检测了全部2400节管道的钢丝完整性,2年半后再次进行了检测。前后两次检测对比表明,管道断丝数量基本未增加,管道当前的劣化速度较低。尽管运行环境较恶劣,但PCCP断丝数量处于较低水平,目前总体处于良好状态。风险分析表明,目前PCCP处于中等风险。The siphon of a water supply project & lO.93km long. The PCCP of the siphon are characterized by large diameter, long distance, high working pressure and high composite index (product of diameter and pressure). A number of factors make the environment for the pipeline somewhat hazardous. All 2400 pipe sections were inspected with the electromagnetic method in 2010. Two and a half years later in 2012, the PCCP was re-inspected with the same method. Comparison of results in 2010 and 2012 indicated that the specific pipes noted as having wire break damage do not appear to have experienced significant increases in damage since 2010. The deterioration rate of PCCP is therefore currently low. The low levels of damage present in the siphon indicated that the pipeline is generally in good condition despite the harshness of the conditions. Risk analysis indicated that the PCCP pipes are at the stage of medium risk.
