摘　　要：针对现役提捞抽油机常规提捞抽子存在的胶筒耐磨性能差、胶管密封性能差、捞油时漏失率大等问题,设计了一种新型钢骨架胶管结构捞油抽子,介绍了其结构及工作原理。现场应用表明:该新型抽子具有提捞效率高、寿命长的特点,可在油田应用推广。To the questions of active bailing pumping unit＇s conventional bailing swab, rubber tube wear-resisting performance is poor, sealing performance is poor too, and crude oil leak rate is large during the oil operations and so on. This paper introduces the structure and working principle of a late-model swab with high efficiency,long-lived characteristics. The test results and site applica-tion in the Jilin oilfield show that the new swab can be widely used and promotion in oilfield.
